Orders
After placing your order, you will receive an email (please check your spam) which will confirm the elements of your order and the prices. Any order will constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. We will inform you by email when your items have been sent. This email will constitute our acceptance of your order and will thus form a sales contract between you and the “Accompagnement Fréquentiel Naturel” store.
These steps for concluding the contract will apply regardless of the purchasing procedure on the Site.
Price, availability and delivery
The prices displayed are indicated in euros, taxes included and excluding shipping costs. The prices of the products, the related taxes, shipping costs and additional costs are indicated on the invoice issued bythe “Natural Frequency Support” store.
We deliver from Portugal to the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Ireland.
VAT is applied according to your country of residence.
In the event of unavailability linked to our suppliers within the deadlines indicated, We may be required to deliver a replacement item to you, of slightly different composition at a price equivalent to that described, and above all containing the same frequencies as the item ordered. In the event that we cannot provide you with a quality replacement item at an equivalent price, you may cancel your order in part or in full.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, before 3 p.m. (deadline for information only, depending on stock).
If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the transfer.
Only working days are taken into account for the management of your order. (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
In order to avoid inconvenience or unpleasant surprises, we take the greatest care in packaging your packages and systematically reinforce fragile packages.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your purchases and depending on the country.

The day your order is shipped we will send you an email with the package shipping number. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal delays, strikes or other events beyond our control or any other force majeure. La “Natural Frequency Support” Shop cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any failures of carrier services. If customs fees are applicable, they are the buyer's responsibility.
Return and Withdrawal
In principle, a client has the right to return or restitute the PRODUCT to the boutique "Accompagnement Fréquentiel Naturel" or to a person designated by the latter, without undue delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days following communication of his/her decision to withdraw.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the product.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the customer must send his/her communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In the event of withdrawal by the customer, and if the time limits and conditions are respected, the boutique "Accompagnement Fréquentiel Naturel" undertakes to reimburse all sums paid (excluding delivery costs).
The boutique "Accompagnement Fréquentiel Naturel" will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different means, in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for the customer, except for postage.
The boutique "Accompagnement Fréquentiel Naturel" may defer reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the customer has provided proof of dispatch of the goods.

Products are packaged in accordance with current transport standards, in order to guarantee maximum protection for the products during delivery. Customers must comply with the same standards when returning products. In this respect, customers are asked to return any products that do not suit them in their original packaging, sealed and in good condition, suitable for re-marketing.
The products ordered remain the property of the "Accompagnement Fréquentiel Naturel" boutique until full and final payment has been made.
